چکیده

The present study was aimed to evaluate the possibility of using anti-human monoclonal antibody CD3 as pan T-cell marker in guinea pigs’ trachea and lung early late manifestations allergic inflammatory process.
Materials methods. We have studied distribution quantitative changes CD3-positive lymphocytes pigs histological, immunohistochemical, statistical methods conditions experimental Results. Our results revealed applicability anti-Human (Clone SP7, «DAKO», Denmark) cross-reaction with T-cells tracheas lungs. most statistically significant elevation number lymphocytes, comparison control group (p*/**<0.05), observed III stages process. persists even after termination allergen action, which indicates continuation reaction pulmonary local adaptive immunity allergen.
Conclusions. our may be useful deficiency pig-specific tests. immunohistochemical assessment lungs proved use a panT-cell pigs. We demonstrated activation immune response (T-cells), represented by their changes, predominantly

T cell response to anti-CD3 antibody in Down's syndrome.

The non-specific mitogen phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and an anti-CD3 (OKT3) monoclonal antibody were used to measure the lymphocyte proliferative response in blood samples from 15 subjects with Down's syndrome. Blood from 15 healthy controls closely matched for age and sex was also assayed. The mean blastogenic value in PHA stimulated patient lymphocyte cultures was similar to that calculated in ...

Radiolabeled humanized anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody visilizumab for imaging human T-lymphocytes.

UNLABELLED Visilizumab is an IgG(2) humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) characterized by non-FcgammaR binding and specific to the CD3 antigen, expressed on more than 95% of circulating resting T-lymphocytes and on activated T-lymphocytes homing in inflamed tissues. We hypothesized that the use of a radiolabeled anti-CD3 antibody might serve as a diagnostic tool for imaging T-cell traffic and ly...

Modulation of the Human T Cell Response by a Novel Non-Mitogenic Anti-CD3 Antibody

The agonistic anti-human CD3ε antibody (Ab), OKT3, has been used to control acute transplant rejection. The in vivo administration of OKT3 was previously shown to induce the partial depletion of T cells and unresponsiveness (anergy) in the remaining CD4+ T cells. However, this therapy is also associated with the systemic release of several cytokines, which leads to a series of adverse side effe...

Anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody treatment of patients with CD3-negative tumors: a phase IA/B study.

Anti-CD3 monoclonal antibodies induce the proliferation of human T-cells in vitro and activate specific and nonspecific cytolysis by human T-cell clones and human peripheral blood lymphocytes. In vivo administration of anti-CD3 prevents tumor growth of a UV-induced mouse fibrosarcoma. We conducted a phase I trial to determine the toxicity and immunomodulatory properties of low doses of anti-CD3...

Treatment with nonmitogenic anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody induces CD4+ T cell unresponsiveness and functional reversal of established experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.

In vivo administration of anti-CD3 Ab induces both immune tolerance and undesirable side-effects resulting from nonspecific proinflammatory cytokine production. In the current study, we investigated the therapeutic potential of two structurally altered forms of the anti-CD3 Ab in ameliorating established experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Administration of either a chimeric (NM-IgG3) or...
